Three principles, in order.
1. Book the job. Everything we build is measured against the calendar. If it doesn't put a qualified lead in front of you, we fix it or kill it.
2. No fluff, no waste. Every dollar and every hour goes toward things that move the revenue number. If we can't connect it to leads or conversions, we don't do it.
3. Plain numbers, plain words. No 40-slide monthly deck full of vanity metrics. One page, real numbers, what we're doing next.
