What's the difference between a logo and a brand?
A logo is one piece. A brand is the whole system — voice, colors, photography, typography, how you answer the phone, what your estimates look like. A logo is easy. A brand is work — and it's what actually moves pricing.

Why isn't brand bundled with the website package?
Because brand is scoped wildly differently project to project. A full rebrand is different from a refresh, is different from a first-time mark. We quote it per project so you pay for what you actually need — not a one-size number.

Do I lose my old brand equity?
No. If you have recognition worth keeping, we evolve — update the mark, tighten the system, keep continuity. If the old brand is a liability, we say so. We won't blow up what's working.

How long does a brand project take?
3–4 weeks from kickoff. Week 1 is research + positioning, week 2 is visual exploration, week 3 is refinement + system build, week 4 is delivery + launch assets.

Can I use the brand before the website is built?
Yes. We deliver the brand system first so your estimates, email signatures, and social can all update while the site is in build.
