Google Ads — questions we get a lot.

  • What's the minimum ad spend I need?

    For SD trades, we recommend starting at $2,500/mo in ad spend on top of management fee. Below that, the data's too thin to optimize. Above $10k/mo, we split into segmented campaigns.

  • Who owns the ad account?

    You do. Every account we run is in your Google Ads login, connected to your Google Analytics, with your billing. When we part ways, you keep the account, the data, and the learning.

  • Do you manage LSAs (Local Services Ads)?

    Yes. LSAs are usually where the best CPL for home services sits, and they get the Google Guaranteed badge that dramatically lifts click-through. We handle the verification paperwork and the ongoing management.

  • How fast will I see leads?

    First leads typically inside 72 hours of launch. Meaningful volume in 2–3 weeks once we've tightened the negative keyword list and killed off non-converting ad groups.

  • What if ads aren't working?

    After 60 days, if we can't hit your agreed CPL target, we refund the management fee and help you transition. We take the downside risk because we're confident we'll hit it.
